The growing of specialty crops is a very important sector in today’s agriculture production. For instance, specialties account for approximately 50% or more of the total agricultural output of many American countries. While some of the main crops include corn, citrus, sugarcane, grain sorghum, wheat, barley and various beans. Many of the specialty crops include berries, bananas, papayas, mangos, pineapple, tobacco, and forages. There are several others that are unique in nature in certain regions such as agave, coffee and avocados to name a few.
